This is actually based mostly on an older track that I never released; I reworked it a bit and added a couple of new elements.
The reason I chose to do this is that the song was written at a time when I felt like I was finally learning to accept myself
and feel more confident that I had real potential as a human being. I don't really want to call what I was going through a
depression, but most of the time I just felt like I was a faulty or defective person and it was really hard to live with.
To me this track represents coming to terms with something I really only understood as a diagnosis that turned out to
completely redefine the way I looked at and interacted with the world.
